Job summary

EDGE Tutor is seeking a Teacher Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of online education services within assigned client accounts. This role involves leading a team of online teachers, building strong client relationships, and executing data-driven strategies to maintain high-quality service.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and collaboration with Lesson Support, Training, and Recruitment to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of online teachers.
• Skilled in lesson observation, feedback delivery, and teacher coaching.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience preparing and presenting reports.
• Knowledge of online lesson delivery metrics (booked lessons, utility rates, lesson quality).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; international client experience is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, thorough, proactive, and a strong critical thinker.
• Experience in disciplinary actions and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of online teachers to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
• Analyze key metrics and collaborate with teams to improve the student experience.
• Act as primary liaison between partners, clients, and teaching staff to ensure clear communication.
