Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in operations, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
• Ability to work the night shift (evening to early morning hours) reliably.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple dynamic spreadsheets for tutor scheduling.
• Update and maintain data in real time ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate updates to clients via email and text.
• Assign and manage tutoring sessions coordinating schedules.
• Participate in daily conferences with program directors.
