Job summary

SkimTurf Management, a US-based turf analytics leader, seeks an Agronomy Consultant and Customer Success professional to drive turf outcomes across golf courses nationwide. You will guide customers, translate technical insights into practical agronomy, and support adoption of SkimTurf solutions.

The role requires a BS in Agronomy (Master preferred) with 5+ years in golf, excellent communication, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Remote, nationwide coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Agronomy or related field (Master preferred).
• 5+ years in the golf industry.
• Preferred experience as a golf course superintendent.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, incl. public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate turf condition outcomes on their golf courses and advise on best-practices.
• Help clients use SkimTurf tech to achieve goals with data-driven agronomy.
• Create docs and materials to boost technology adoption in turf management.
• Support sales in onboarding new customers and maximize satisfaction of existing ones.
