Job summary

SkimTurf Management is seeking a Sales Representative for the Northeast region. This full-time remote role involves identifying golf course clients, driving relationships, and delivering tailored turf-management solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while expanding SkimTurf’s presence in the Northeast. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales, excellent communication, and a passion for golf.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Position requires up to 80% field travel within the Northeast.
• Prior experience in golf or agronomy is a plus.
• Experience with B2B software technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain contact with present and new customers through sales calls/meetings and travel.
• Identify customer problems and offer tailored solutions with SkimTurf’s value proposition.
• Provide after-sales support and product information to customers.
• Manage contract negotiations with clients.
• Build a network of industry influencers and references for SkimTurf.
• Provide management with reports on activities, funnel, and forecasts.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrate passion for golf.
