Job summary

Veteran Government Services (VGS) is seeking experienced contact center professionals for full-time, at-home positions supporting TRICARE beneficiaries. The next new hire class begins October 26, 2026. You must be a U.S. citizen and reside in eligible states.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, completing paid training, and documenting outcomes in the database. A strong commitment to customer service and ability to work remotely with reliable equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must reside in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Hampton Roads Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen, background check, and U.S. government security clearance.
• Must complete 8-week paid training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence about benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims.
• Complete 8 weeks of paid virtual training and apply skills on the job.
• Operate a PC to extract information, document inquiries, and track activities in the database.
• Document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely handling of TRICARE requests.
• Maintain quality, member experience, and first-time resolution objectives.
