Job summary

VGS is hiring a Customer Care Advocate to support TRICARE beneficiaries in a fully remote, full-time role. The position includes an 8-week paid training program and eligibility for a total $1,000 retention bonus, with installments after 6 months and after 1 year in production.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens residing in allowed states and able to pass drug screening, background checks, and a government security clearance. A high school diploma and reliable home internet are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Southern Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and U.S. government security clearance.
• Must complete the required 8-week paid training program.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable and predictable attendance.
• Must have a personal PC or laptop that meets the minimum technical requirements for training.
• Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection.
• Must have a functional webcam and microphone.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely in a home-based environment with strong attendance.
