Job summary

Washington State Health Care Authority seeks a Tribal Behavioral Health Data Collection Coordinator to lead senior analyses and coordinate with Tribes, IHCPs, and agency leaders. The role focuses on tribal data improvements, governance, and strategic planning aligned with statewide behavioral health data goals.

The position is telework eligible; reporting is to Olympia, WA, with on-site requirements on occasion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, law, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in two or more of: research, policy analysis, business analysis, leading projects, managing operations, policy development, supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level analysis to management and coordinate with agency leaders on Tribal BH strategies.
• Develop a multidivisional workgroup to discuss Tribal BH data gaps and needs and provide expert advice.
• Maintain and update the BH Data Collection and Management project charter.
• Analyze, design, implement and support enterprise-wide data solutions and processes.
• Present findings to internal and Tribal partners and provide feedback on reporting needs and strategy.
• Oversee change management for migrating Tribes from old systems and decommissioning TARGET.
• Oversee BHDS Pilot project and governance of data sharing with Tribes.
