Job summary

South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency seeks a Data and Systems Coordinator to manage data coordination, evaluation, and program support for NWWP and CCCP. You’ll lead data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure compliance, timely payments, and quality improvement across cancer prevention programs.

The role requires rigorous data management, survey design, and collaboration with tribal navigators, clinic staff, and partners to achieve measurable outcomes and grant reporting success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field; 1 year experience in evaluation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field; 3 years of program evaluation experience.
• 3+ years experience with data collection, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assessment tools for qualitative and quantitative data.
• Capture data and perform basic analyses to drive improvement.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems, including databases.
• Prepare comprehensive annual evaluation reports with narratives and visuals.
• Ensure timely reporting of patient data to tracking systems.
• Assist patient navigators and providers to ensure follow-up care.
