Job summary

Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) seeks a Prevention Services Compliance Manager to lead the Prevention MIS, oversee contract and budget, and guide data collection and reporting for behavioral health prevention programs. You will work with state leaders and external partners to shape statewide data policies and improvements.

The role requires strong analytics, relational databases, and data visualization skills, plus experience with Power BI/Tableau, and a track record in program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 2+ years of research, training, program design/implementation, or evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in research, training, program design/implementation, data analysis, and/or evaluation.
• Associate degree plus 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and administration of the complex and highly visible DBHR Prevention Management Information System (MIS).
• Research and recommend changes to data systems, reporting, and policy development on data issues.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for SUD prevention and MH promotion services.
• Provide expert data analysis, reporting guidance, and process recommendations.
