Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a remote triage nurse to provide telephonic assessment, patient education, and guidance on appropriate care levels. The role supports care coordination and virtual monitoring across multiple LVHN facilities, with emphasis on safe triage and timely referrals.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing, PA RN license, and BLS certification. This full-time remote position offers a stable evening shift and growth within a leading health network.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 5 years nursing experience (acute care, ED, medical office, telephone triage).
• 2 years prior clinical acute care hospital experience/urgent care.
• LPN to RN progression eligible with 2+ years in department.
• Excellent computer skills and empathy for patients seeking healthcare information.
• Flexible to perform varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of home health information for patients.
• Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and triage protocols.
• Must exercise judgement with confidential information.
• Strong triage decision-making and calm response in emergencies.
• AHA Basic Life Support - PA.
• RN license PA.
