Qualifications

• Three years of clinical experience with patient care and administrative duties preferred.
• Knowledge of disease processes and development across all age groups.
• Nursing assessment skills and ability to apply basic nursing theory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient health care needs using triage protocols.
• Document symptoms, nursing assessments, and care plans in the EHR.
