The role demands 8+ years in treasury/finance, strong modeling skills, and experience with treasury systems. Hybrid remote options in the Phoenix, AZ market are available, with a focus on scalable treasury practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 8+ years in financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment banking, or related finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting project management and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and complex environments.
• Critical thinker who investigates financial models and offers improvements.
• Self-starter eager to implement best practices.
• Experience with treasury management systems or building internal tooling leveraging data feeds and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash management and working capital forecasting.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and lenders.
• Own treasury policy, controls, and processes.
• Support month-end close with covenant tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
