Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Solution Advisor in Treasury Management, with remote work eligibility in select locations. The role focuses on reviewing and validating documentation for deposit and cash management accounts, preparing client materials, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal partners to resolve issues.

Occasional in-office participation may be required. Successful candidates will have prior documentation review experience and familiarity with CMAs or DACAs, and can thrive

Qualifications

• Prior documentation review experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Cash Management Accounts (CMAs) and/or Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACAs).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate documentation for deposit and cash management accounts.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and account updates.
• Review and negotiate agreements and respond to inquiries on account documentation.
• Collaborate with internal service partners to resolve documentation issues.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for implementation and production issues.
• Contribute to training materials and educate service partners and clients as needed.
