Responsibilities

• Implements complex new products and services for clients and coordinates the implementation.
• Leverages industry knowledge and products to identify outside sales opportunities and coordinates with service partners.
• Manages multiple complex implementations, facilitates stakeholder meetings, and creates progress reports.
• Acts as escalation point and resolves challenges related to implementation and production support.
• Leads team communications, trainings, and may develop training materials for partners and clients.
