Job summary

PNC is seeking a Treasury/Funds Transfer Analyst (GOV) to join Payments Operations Administration. The role supports funds transfers across multiple platforms, handles exceptions, and performs reconciliations under supervision. Work is remote for select U.S.

locations with occasional in-office needs. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple systems while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and managing corporate reporting processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple applications and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience identifying, researching, and resolving exceptions and processing issues while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.
• Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions.
• Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions.
• Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.
• Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.
• Participation in basic change management activities upon request (e.g. executing basic operational regression user testing scripts).
