Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems seeks a Treasury Services Specialist to act as the subject matter expert for daily Treasury Services processes. This role will perform analyst-level tasks, build out processes, and train the Treasury Services team.

The position supports remote work with a focus on accuracy and timely financial operations. You will reconcile client accounts, set up new banking, manage banking changes, and support Check Tracer, Positive Pay, and vendor maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Treasury Analyst or similar role.
• Detail oriented with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems (Great Plains).
• Experience with reconciliations and banking setups.

Responsibilities

• Complete Monthly Reconciliations of client accounts through Great Plains.
• Process New business banking setup (BPO and ASO).
• Make existing business banking changes (BPO and ASO).
• Vendor maintenance for print fulfillment.
• Complete Check Tracer processes.
• Positive Pay submission.
