Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics required.
• 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including treasury/cash management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with online banking systems and electronic payments.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and primary GL accounts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Routine treasury and corporate finance support.
• Manage banking relationships and daily cash position, transfers, and ACH.
• Prepare quarterly debt compliance package and cash forecasts.
• Support issuance and renewal of standby letters of credit.
• Analyze bank fees and report variances; prepare Board reports.
• Oversee monthly intercompany settlements and bank account inventories.
• Assist in treasury controls, policies, and procedures; support audits and tax payments.
• Prepare monthly CAPEX summaries and review related POs.
