Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Treasury experience, ideally client-focused.
• Strong understanding of payment methods, banking processes, and cash reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP and treasury management systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process daily payment transactions, including ACH, wires, and checks.
• Reconcile bank activity, payment files, and cash movements; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment exceptions, returns, rejects, and failed transactions promptly.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting.
• Maintain payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
• Assist with payment forecasting, bank account administration, and treasury reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve payment-processing workflows.
• Prepare operational and management reports on payment volumes, cash activity, and exceptions.
• Ensure payment activities comply with internal controls, regulations, and banking requirements.
• Perform other duties and support ad hoc reporting.
