Job summary

Ansira Partners II, LLC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily client treasury and payment operations with focus on processing, cash management, and reconciliation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, payment operations, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of payment methods, banking processes, and cash reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP and treasury management systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process daily payment transactions, including ACH, wires, and checks.
• Reconcile bank activity, payment files, and cash movements; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment exceptions, returns, rejects, and failed transactions promptly.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting related to payment activity.
• Maintain payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Assist with payment forecasting, bank account administration, and treasury reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve payment-processing workflows.
• Prepare operational and management reports on payment volumes, cash activity, and exceptions.
• Ensure payment activities comply with controls and banking requirements.
