Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team that supports venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, ensure documentation, and help maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating across departments.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the US, with a focus on Massachusetts clients, and a path to develop foundational treasury skills within a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven and detail-oriented; value outputs and accuracy.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Box and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify potential client service issues or discrepancies and escalate.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash processing; maintain client service mindset.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure smooth operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
