Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• 5+ years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management.
• Expertise in complex banking products, services and account structures.
• Knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Identify, analyze, and sell treasury management products to new and existing commercial clients.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate current products to recommend improvements or new services.
• Grow client relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor usage to reduce attrition, boost fee income, and manage risk.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor pricing for competitive positioning.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and cross-functional referrals.
