Job summary

Centris Brand is seeking a Treasury Management and Deposit Solutions Manager to shape strategy and drive growth across treasury management and deposit products for business banking members. You will partner with business banking, digital, operations and technology to deliver member-facing solutions.

You will own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering efficient, integrated digital experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Five years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, or Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, fraud mitigation, liquidity management solutions.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and technology delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business banking, treasury management, digital banking, operations and tech.
• Drive deposit growth and product utilization.
• Provide executive reporting and KPI monitoring.
