Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing team supporting top-tier VC and PE clients. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will help process wires, ACH payments, and other disbursements with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or finance, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and a detail-oriented, client-focused mindset. This role offers remote work options within our U.S. states and opportunities to develop foundational treasury skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including wires, ACH payments and other payment types.
• Process payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Work closely with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and adopt a client service mindset.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects, as needed.
