Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a bright Accounting Manager to join our client-service team supporting top-tier Venture Capital & Private Equity clients. You'll handle banking reconciliations, month-end close, and quarterly statements, while maintaining investor communications and fund documentation in FundPanel and Box.

A CPA or MBA is a plus, with 3+ years in related fields. We offer remote work from across the US, with eligibility to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in audit, alternative asset industry, or fund administration.
• External auditor experience or MBA/CPA a plus.
• Experience in a client-facing role supporting multiple clients.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail to deliver high-quality service.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Xero and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries per US GAAP in Xero.
• Drive month-end close and raise follow-ups as needed.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements.
• Support client relationships in a collaborative, client-facing capacity.
• Prepare investor correspondence and capital activity notices in FundPanel system.
