Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 5+ years' travel, site safety onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book travel, hotel and transportation for field projects.
• Coordinate mobilization for four active projects and 200+ personnel.
• Reconcile CTA card transactions and hotel invoices for accurate billing.
• Manage rosters and onboarding schedules to ensure safety compliance and payroll accuracy.
