Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Travel and Onboarding Coordinator for the Welding and Industrial Services team. This remote role supports project managers, coordinates travel, lodging, site safety onboarding, drug and background clearances, and reconciling the Corporate Travel Account.

Occasional travel to Lawrenceville, GA -- about 1-2 times per year -- is required. You will report to the Director of Industrial Projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in travel, site safety onboarding.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States with periodic travel to Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates mobilization for four active field projects and prepares 200+ personnel ahead of start dates.
• Manages large-scale workforce mobilization logistics for 200+ employees across multiple sites.
• Organizes rental vehicle assignments in line with drug testing schedules for compliance and efficiency.
• Reconciles CTA card transactions and ensures accurate billing across projects.
