Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Travel and Onboarding Coordinator for the Welding and Industrial Services team. This remote role requires occasional travel to our Lawrenceville, GA office and reports to the Director of Industrial Projects.

You will coordinate travel, housing, and safety onboarding for 200+ personnel across multiple sites. Responsibilities include managing mobilization logistics, reconciling CTA transactions, and maintaining up-to-date rosters in several systems to

Qualifications

• 2+ items: 5+ years' experience in travel, site safety onboarding.
• Strong organizational and multi-site coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating large workforces and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book travel, hotel, transportation, and site safety onboarding.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers with onboarding and mobilizations.
• Reconcile the Corporate Travel Account and manage rosters and payroll data.
