Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC seeks a Travel and Onboarding Coordinator for the Welding and Industrial Services team. You will plan and book travel, hotels, transportation and onboarding logistics to ensure smooth project starts.

Remote role with periodic travel to Lawrenceville, GA, reporting to the Director of Industrial Projects, and supporting Project Managers and Site Managers while reconciling the Corporate Travel Account.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in travel and site safety onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Plans and books travel, hotel, transportation and onboarding logistics.
• Supports Project Managers and Site Managers and reconciles the Corporate Travel Account.
• Coordinates mobilization for multiple active field projects and maintains rosters.
• Reconciles CTA card transactions and manages hotel and vehicle arrangements.
• Ensures safety onboarding compliance and timely drug testing processes.
• Maintains and updates DISA/OSCA rosters and payroll-related mobilization data.
