Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Travel and Onboarding Coordinator to support the Welding and Industrial Services team by coordinating travel, onboarding, and site safety clearances. You will report to the Director of Industrial Projects and work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Lawrenceville, GA.

The role emphasizes efficient logistics, compliance, and collaboration with Project and Site Managers, ensuring smooth mobilization, scheduling, and payroll

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
5+ years of travel and site onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and book travel, hotel, and transportation.
Support Project Managers and Site Managers.
Reconcile the Corporate Travel Account (CTA).
Coordinate personnel mobilization and onboarding schedules.
Manage random drug testing operations and scheduling.
Maintain DISA and OSCA rosters.
Track payroll-related mobilization data.
Handle weekly hotel folio reconciliations.
