AAA Auto Club Group is seeking a Travel Tech Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for travel systems and tools in a remote setting. You will troubleshoot issues, share system updates, and assist with user access and training materials.

The role requires 1 year in travel, GDS experience (Sabre preferred), and comfort supporting frontline agents. Expect collaboration with internal teams and ongoing enhancements to travel platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in Travel industry required.
• 1-year GDS experience required, preferably Sabre.
• 1-year Salesforce experience preferred.
• 1-year experience in supporting frontline agents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as liaison between travel users, technical teams, and business partners to support automated travel systems.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams to recommend effective resolutions.
• Assists with problem resolution and ongoing utilization.
• Trains field travel users on hardware, APOLLO, AXIS, Travelport Cruise software, and online manuals.
• Conducts presentations and assists in deployment and administration of travel technology.
