Leaders value strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of coordination experience are required, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations support, implementation support, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
