Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks a Sr. Global Implementation Manager to lead complex, multinational travel program deployments. You will own end-to-end delivery across diverse markets, orchestrating internal teams and external partners while balancing global standardization with local needs.

Responsibilities include designing scalable implementation playbooks, coordinating across regions, and ensuring operational readiness and client satisfaction in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing large global implementations.
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of highly complex, multi-national travel program implementations as the accountable business owner.
• Design scalable, repeatable global implementation playbooks balancing standardization with local needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners across regions and time zones.
• Ensure solution design, technology enablement, and operational readiness align with client contracts.
• Provide day-to-day direction to implementation pods and ensure smooth post-go-live transitions.
• Develop governance, escalation protocols, and reporting across stakeholders to manage risk.
