Job summary

ADTRAV Corporation in Alabama is seeking a Travel Consultant – Team Lead to manage travel arrangements for a portfolio of clients. You will book and issue domestic and international itineraries using Sabre and coordinate with agents to meet client expectations.

This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a strong knowledge of airline, hotel, and car rental codes. You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of travel booking experience; international is a plus.
• Proficient with Sabre; Amadeus a plus; strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a group of accounts and act as a first level support for agents.
• Book and issue domestic and international airline itineraries, hotels, and car rentals via Sabre.
• Lead, coach, and train travel agents; monitor queues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Answer client inquiries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet KPIs and ensure accurate, timely bookings and documentation.
