Qualifications

• Lead by example and support manager with day-to-day leadership duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Stay informed of airline rules, domestic tariffs, and industry requirements.
• Know U.S. federal travel regulations for government contractors (FAR, Fly America Act).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers.
• Research and resolve traveler service concerns quickly.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Organize and manage workload within shift times.
• Provide a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and clients.
• Partner with the manager to ensure SLAs are met.
• Be a positive role model for the team.
• Meet regularly with the manager to review progress and goals.
