Qualifications

• English proficiency upper intermediate (spoken and written).

• Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Requires functioning computer and microphone.
• Understanding of travel business and booking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues quickly: manage booking modifications, cancellations, and add-on services.
• Advise clients on bookings and products with expertise.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
• Use CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.
