Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team) to help our clients and partners with booking changes, cancellations, and inquiries. You will provide expert advice on bookings and products, and communicate with suppliers and clients via email and phone from a remote setup.

The role targets quick learners with strong English skills, empathy, and resilience. A reliable computer and microphone are required; travel industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Upper intermediate English (spoken and written).

• Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• A functioning computer and microphone.
• Understanding of travel business and booking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues rapidly and effectively, handling cancellation or changes via our CRM.
• Advise clients on bookings and our products.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients by email and phone.
• Work with CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.
