Job summary

Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home role involves assisting clients with travel-related questions and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

In this position, you will communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging, guide itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests, and share destination insights and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service (travel/hospitality/call center preferred).
