Responsibilities include handling inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, assisting with itinerary updates and special requests, and offering guidance on destinations and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, call center, or support roles preferred).

Responsibilities
