Job summary

One10 LLC is seeking a Purchasing & Design Specialist to develop presale client deliverables for potential meetings, incentives and events. You will source rates, negotiate terms and craft budgets to maximize client value while maintaining project timelines.

In this role you will collaborate with Client Services, manage supplier relationships across hotels, NSOs, DMCs and CVBs, and present travel proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years’ industry experience.
• Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong editing and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and present as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop presale client deliverables for meetings, incentives and events.
• Source rates and availability; negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Develop budgets and proformas to maximize client budget and One10 profit.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; present solutions to clients.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, NSOs, DMCs and CVBs.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure timely proposals.
