Ljhorizons is seeking a Booking & Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and keeping booking details organized from initial request through confirmation.

• Coordinate and complete reservation requests.

• Provide confirmations and relevant booking information.
• Coordinate special requests and changes when needed.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding booking details.
• Maintain organized and accurate client and reservation records.
• Follow up on outstanding information needed to complete reservations.
• Provide professional and responsive service throughout the booking process.
