Job summary

traveling-with-mchaila is seeking a Travel Reservations Specialist to manage bookings, keep itineraries accurate, and ensure clients have a smooth experience from booking to departure.

You will coordinate reservations for hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages while staying organized and detail-oriented. Training is provided, and prior travel experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable learning new technology and online systems.
• Reservations, hospitality, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.

Responsibilities
