Wanderwell Collective is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support clients with travel research, reservations, and ongoing communication. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers training and ongoing guidance to help you learn reservation processes, supplier systems, and travel-industry procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination.
Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer general questions.
Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options based on client needs.
Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
Monitor booking details, confirmations, changes, and applicable deadlines.
Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms.
Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements.
Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process.
Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products.
