Job summary

XLA in Washington, DC is seeking a Travel Analyst to support a federal agency on-site, Monday through Friday with core hours 8am to 5pm ET. The role focuses on travel coordination for the Fraud Section, TDY requests, authorizations, and voucher processing.

You will act as liaison with finance and FRD travel teams, monitor travel obligations in the system, update travelers, and prepare reporting and training materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least two years’ related experience.
• Understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and travel voucher processes.
• Experience scheduling travel and using travel systems similar to E2 Solutions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as travel contact for Fraud Section and provide guidance.
• Interpret TDY requests and prepare travel authorizations.
• Process and submit travel vouchers for reimbursement.
• Review authorizations and vouchers in E2 Solutions and correct errors.
• Coordinate documents for international travel and visas as needed.
• Provide timely updates to travelers and officials when changes occur.
• Develop monthly travel updates and metrics for leadership review.
• Create PowerPoint slides and content related to the travel program.
