Job summary

MIL Corporation seeks a Travel Reviewer Specialist to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on on-site travel management system analysis, database management, and ensuring DoS policy compliance.

You will assist users, monitor system performance, and coordinate with budget staff and the Global Financial Service Center. Responsibilities include reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers, facilitating system rollouts, and developing training materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in travel, analysis, or government programs.
• Experience with financial systems and DoS policies compliance.
• Strong communication and customer support skills in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site travel program support, systems analysis, and database management support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues across help desk, on-site support, software enhancements, interfaces, and DoS policy requirements.
• Analyze, reconcile, evaluate and coordinate financial processes, data, and reports.
• Monitor the travel management system performance and data interfaces with budget staff.
• Coordinate with budget staff and Global Financial Service Center to reconcile documents and vendor issues.
• Oversee rollout of new travel systems and develop training materials.
