Job summary

Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Workflow Coordinator to support planning and coordination of travel experiences from start to finish. In this fully remote role, you will manage reservations, organize travel details, maintain accurate records, and ensure client itineraries move smoothly through each planning stage.

Using established systems and digital tools, you will coordinate travel arrangements, monitor progress, communicate with clients, and keep workflows running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Client service, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred — not required.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven.
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and booking workflows.
• Assist with planning flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation.
• Organize travel documents, confirmations, and scheduling details.
• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information.
• Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding travel arrangements; maintain accurate digital records and client documentation; review travel plans for accuracy before departure; deliver consistent, professional service.
