Job summary

Consultwithtray seeks a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements end-to-end. You will conduct research, organize bookings, and manage itineraries while communicating with clients in a fully remote setup with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Prior travel industry experience is not required, and training is provided to help you grow in travel coordination, client support, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage client requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel planning from initial request through final confirmation.
• Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations.
• Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups.
• Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information.
• Keep client records accurate and up to date.
• Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests.
