Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to convert travel interests into booked itineraries. You will craft custom trips, guide clients from initial inquiry to confirmed reservation, and leverage destination expertise with a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to close sales while delivering exceptional client service in a fully remote setting. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consultative sales.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is a plus.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, hotels, tours, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover their preferences and close the sale.
• Resolve questions about payments, changes, and add-ons promptly and professionally.
• Share insider travel tips and timely deals to enhance client experiences.
• Manage end-to-end process: pre-trip planning, payments, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
