Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to design custom itineraries and convert consultations into booked trips. You’ll blend destination knowledge with a client-first sales approach, whether for solo escapes, group getaways, destination weddings, or family travel.

This role offers fully remote options, with part-time or full-time flexibility, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and itineraries without errors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, booking engines, and analytics tools.
• Background in sales, hospitality, or travel is a plus; training provided.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and cruises.
• Connect with clients to uncover needs and close the sale.
• Handle payments, date changes, room upgrades, and add-ons.
• Provide insider local experiences and timely deals.
• Support clients pre-trip, during travel, and post-trip follow-ups.
