Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator to support clients through travel planning, coordinate hotels, flights, and itineraries, and keep reservations organized.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks from home while delivering timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages

• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests
• Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process
