Job summary

Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator to organize travel plans, manage itineraries, and respond to client questions with timely, accurate information. The role blends customer service with administrative duties and is well-suited for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working from home.

You will coordinate hotels, flights, packages, and reservations while maintaining organized records and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Basic computer skills and quick learning of online tools.
Dependable, proactive and willing to ask questions when needed.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or travel is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
Communicate with clients via email and other online platforms.
Research travel options and gather information based on client requests.
Review booking details and identify missing or incorrect information.
Monitor upcoming trips and track outstanding items.
Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process.
